Retirement
Retirement is a system where Adventurer retire from adventuring and help Glen with his work in town. Retired Adventurer provide regular income and support the training of active Adventurer .
Once you've gone Retirement Adventurer , you can't go back to the adventure. Please check carefully before confirming.
Retirement , Party Requirements and Equipment

Regular income and prayer
When Adventurer has been given Retirement helps with work, regular income can increase. The higher Lv of Adventurer who is given Retirement , the greater the potential income to be earned.
As your income increases, the amount you can convert into cash through prayer also increases.
Maximum number of Retirement players up to MAP7
The maximum number of people who can participate in Retirement increases with the level of Adventurer's quarters . This is the number of people when all dormitories up to each map are unlocked and constructed to the maximum limit.

For example, in Adventurer's quarters Lv16, one more person can join Retirement from the initial 80, bringing the maximum to 81 people.
Experience point bonus
Adventurer who has completed Retirement may advise an active Adventurer , increasing the experience points they gain.
You receive a 5% experience point bonus for each Adventurer player who reaches Retirement . You can reach Target up to the highest level of Job (excluding Adventurer and Sage ), with a Retirement / Adventurer Total cap of 150%.
Example: Target Retirement Adventurer , whose highest level Job 10, will have a 5% bonus added to active Adventurer with Main job Lv of 9 or lower. This bonus will not be added to players with a level of 10 or higher.

Things to check before Retirement
- Do you have any plans to use that Adventurer in future quests or training?
- Can other Adventurer fill in the necessary roles for the party, such as healers?
- If the goal is income or experience point bonuses, perhaps it's better to train them a bit more before retiring them.
Equipment will return, but Adventurer itself will not. There is no need to immediately upgrade Retirement once it reaches Lv5.
