Diseases
Disease can occur through battle with the listed source enemies.
Treatment is available at a Sanctum of Healing whose level matches or exceeds the disease's Lv. Some conditions may resolve naturally, but symptoms can worsen if left untreated.

However, in very rare cases, recovery is possible through a strong physique or appropriate treatment. |
Recovery time and Prayers
Natural recovery
Natural recovery has no fixed duration. It varies with the disease and the character's condition, and symptoms may worsen while waiting.
Treatment at the Sanctum of Healing
Treatment time depends on missing HP, main job Lv, Sanctum of Healing Lv, and the number of treatable diseases. It is not fixed for each disease.
Treatment time (minutes) = ((maximum HP − current HP) + treatable diseases × 2) × (main job Lv + 1 − Sanctum of Healing Lv)
If main job Lv + 1 − Sanctum of Healing Lv is below 1, use 1. Diseases above the Sanctum of Healing's Lv cannot be treated and are not counted.
Revival at the Sanctum of Healing
Revival takes three times the treatment time calculated for the same condition.
Revival time (minutes) = treatment time (minutes) × 3
Example: with maximum HP 20, current HP 0, no treatable diseases, main job Lv 30 and Sanctum of Healing Lv 30, treatment time is 20 minutes and revival time is 60 minutes. The Prayer cost is 6.
Prayer cost
The Prayer cost is remaining whole minutes divided by 10, rounded up. Discard any fraction of a minute before calculating; using Prayers costs at least 1.
These examples assume that the disease can be treated at the stated Sanctum of Healing Lv. They do not include revival.
| Main job Lv | Sanctum of Healing Lv | Missing HP | Diseases | Treatment time | Prayer cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 30 | 30 | - | 1 | 2 min | 1 |
| 30 | 30 | 20 | 1 | 22 min | 3 |
| 30 | 25 | - | 1 | 12 min | 2 |
| 31 | 30 | - | 1 | 4 min | 1 |
The Prayer cost decreases as the remaining time decreases.
